Since the launch of RAC Mobile Mechanics, I’ve played a key role in shaping the sub-branding across all digital and print touchpoints, with a primary focus on email campaigns. I’ve helped define the visual style and adapted it based on data-driven insights, contributing to the rapid growth of this new core offering for RAC. Collaborating with stakeholders, I’ve ensured that each monthly email feels fresh, relevant, and stays on brand. In partnership with the in-house email team, I’ve pushed the boundaries of our CMS by introducing GIFs and experimenting with animated WebP files—carefully optimizing for email performance.

Over the past 18 months, I have led our team’s transition from Adobe XD to Figma. I quickly adapted to the platform, developing templates and libraries to streamline workflows. I have conducted workshops on best practices, provided ongoing support, and shared troubleshooting insights. I also stay up to date with new Figma tools to ensure our team maximizes its capabilities.


Additionally, I assisted with art direction during photoshoots, working closely with patrols and mechanics to capture fresh imagery. I ensured that the design studio’s needs were met, enabling the creation of impactful and engaging campaigns.
